Sunset Villa offers seclusion and privacy whilst still being within walking distance to the beach and village.

Upon entering Sunset Villa you are greeted with views of the pool and tropical garden through the homes large windows and sliding glass door. The home offers a spacious and fully air-conditioned great room opening onto the covered terrace. The living room overlooks the swimming pool and garden and is comfortably furnished with ample seating for a large family. The dining room is to the right of the living room and has seating for six people. The kitchen is well-equipped and has stainless steel appliances and Corian countertops.

The first guest bedroom is located to the right of the dining room and has a sliding glass door that opens to a private deck. The room has a walk-in closet and en-suite bathroom. The second guest room is located on the second storey and has two twin bed and en-suite bath. The master suite is also located on the second storey and has a queen size bed, en-suite bath and sunroom overlooking the pool.

An outdoor covered veranda has a seating area with two teak sofas and a dining area that seats eight people. The veranda deck continues around to the right of the pool and features another dining area. The property is walled and lushly landscaped.
