PIGEON ISLAND LOTS

Lots 3-6 are available and come with a slip in the private marina for a boat up to 40' in length. Lot 4 has the best elevation. There is going to be a monthly fee of approximately $1,000 which will include water, internet, landscape maintenance, common areas, security and bot transport to/from Harbour Island and Three Islands dock. Electricity will be based on occupancy and the rental of the home is taken care of by the island manager. There are no time constraints on building, the plans must be approved by the current partners. Owner financing is available.
