Enhancements of Wagner's W3 Architects include a custom 12 foot long sliding glass door that, literally, unifies house and garden. Other custom innovations include a disappearing wet-bar, a massive, canyon-view kitchen window that doubles as a natural venting device, and a steel front door created by artist Charles Fine. The private master suite with fireplace and patio access leaves the opposite end of the floor plan flexible.
