As my client and I drove around the Berkeley Hills, enjoying the captivating bay views and the peacefulness the lush landscaping brought us, we came upon 1082 Miller Road. She was looking for a stately home, one that can fit lots of people, with charming architecture, bay views and a place for her son to play, all in a great community. One might think this was a tall order, but Miller did not disappoint. She loved that the house had a grand room with a deck, taking full advantage of the amazing views.
