DO NOT TRESPASS ON THIS PROPERTY. Major development and/or compound opportunities. Over half an acre comprised of two legal parcels, one of which is in a prime Riviera Palisades location, and the other in an upslope Rustic Canyon panoramic ocean and mountain view setting. First time on the market in over 50 years. The current home is a very special 1930's Architectural on two-levels, partially designed by William Wallace Reed, and impeccably preserved. Three bedroom suites on the main level, the entry opens to a dramatic sweeping staircase that leads to a spectacular living room with massive wood doors and walls of glass. The lower level also boasts a family room, bonus/game room, dining off the kitchen, and quaint bar room. The entire house opens to wood decks and breathtaking views of canyon treetops, mountains and some ocean. This is a rare opportunity not to be missed!
